Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to drive the delivery of impactful product solutions that align with business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to develop and release product solutions in alignment with product vision
• Provide business leadership to development teams, setting clear expectations and validating metrics for deliverables
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and guide the team in creating effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes
• Understanding of various technology domains (cloud, mainframe, SaaS, etc.)
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
• Experience promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion
