Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to represent customer and business needs while ensuring high-value outcomes through collaboration and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate product vision aligned with strategic goals
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
• Lead quarterly planning and partner with senior POs on portfolio-level priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of Agile team experience; 7+ years across business, technology, or consulting
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of relevant products or portfolios is a plus
• Comfort operating in uncertainty with an experimental, innovation-driven mindset
