Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to serve as the primary link between Product Management and the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Own backlog by gathering and documenting detailed requirements and translating priorities into actionable items
Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and facilitating cross-team collaboration
Track delivery metrics and proactively identify risks and dependencies that could impact delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, capital markets, or software product management
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Jira, SQL, and API integrations
Experience with Microsoft Copilot for requirements drafting and analysis
Domain knowledge in consumer or business banking applications is preferred
