Key Responsibilities

• Craft a vision and strategy based on input from customers and stakeholders
• Develop feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to validate ideas
• Own the product backlog and define user stories ready for the development team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a track record of delivering measurable business value
• Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and managing Agile backlogs
• Strong understanding of sales systems and experience with API-based integrations
• Internally motivated with a commitment to user-centered backlog prioritization best practices
