Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to provide leadership and oversight for product teams, ensuring successful execution of program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Product Teams through all project lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with Agile teams to plan and commit to work
• Monitor team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage product risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business and technology
• Ten years of professional experience as a Product Owner or equivalent, managing complex systems
• Experience in leading teams and managing project risks
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum
• Proficiency in MS project management tools and MS Office applications
