Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to lead system development efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development effort by managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on business value
• Gather and translate business and technical needs into a product roadmap and detailed requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison for the product team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience in business projects with a solid understanding of project planning methodologies
• 4+ years of experience in business process recommendations and analytics, including cost-benefit analysis
• Strong conflict management skills and ability to facilitate meetings across all organizational levels
• Thorough understanding of business implications and project interdependencies
