Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of technology solutions for loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for loyalty decisioning and experience delivery technology products
Gather requirements from clients and industry verticals to maximize feature reusability
Manage the product backlog, addressing challenges during the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software and API integrations
Strong technical background with the ability to translate concepts for business and tech roles
Bachelor's degree
Certifications such as PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSPO, or PSPO are a plus
