Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements and support product roadmap for Salesforce solutions
• Serve as the primary business representative for Salesforce initiatives
• Maintain and execute a prioritized Salesforce product backlog across enhancements and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role supporting enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing capacity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
• Experience supporting backlogs and working in Agile/Scrum environments
