Product Owner

Job Summary

Supporting the product management team in a full-time capacity, the Product Owner will document user stories, manage the product backlog, and serve as a subject matter expert in market research and customer needs analysis, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Document epics and write user stories for complex customers while eliciting high-level requirements through various methods
• Act as a liaison between the Product Management and Product Development teams to ensure business needs are met and communicated effectively
• Maintain prioritization of the product backlog and participate in grooming and planning sessions for new features and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
• Expert level knowledge of agile methodology
• Proven experience creating user stories and documenting epics
• Experience in performing complex analytical work through robust data models
• Subject Matter Expert in market research and customer needs analysis
