Job Summary

Leading complex product initiatives, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage backlog prioritization, define product vision with stakeholders, and guide scrum teams to ensure high-value outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition and backlog prioritization for cross-functional initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and feature sets
• Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to product strategy and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery roles
• Demonstrated expertise in backlog management and agile product development practices
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to support the growth of peers
