Product Owner

Job Summary

Serving as a Product Owner in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will define product vision and strategy, manage product backlogs, and guide Agile teams to deliver user-centered solutions for complex systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps while translating business objectives into Features and User Stories
• Manage and refine the product backlog, balancing priorities across multiple workstreams and overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle activities
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making among technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate business needs into well-formed Features and Stories
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and backlog refinement
• Ability to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
