Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Product Owner will represent business stakeholders to analyze and document business needs, prioritize project work, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the execution team's work to align with business strategies and goals
• Collaborate with business and IT delivery teams to identify risks and develop appropriate solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams in the documentation of business requirements and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Background in system migrations, particularly from mainframes to cloud environments
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technical requirements
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members
