Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the backlog and driving agile delivery, the fully remote Product Owner will manage the day-to-day execution for the Case & Notifications teams, translating product strategy into actionable tasks while ensuring high-quality feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Translate product direction into implementation-ready requirements and facilitate refinement sessions with engineers
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and monitor sprint health, adjusting scope as necessary to meet goals

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery role within a software R&D team
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running sprint ceremonies
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Experience in a healthcare or safety-focused technology product is a plus
