Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to define business outcomes, convert features into user stories, and manage the delivery team backlog while ensuring timely delivery within sprints.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and manage features through the development lifecycle
• Convert features into user stories with comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage the delivery team backlog
• Act as the Product's Subject Matter Expert, participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring code quality through collaboration with QA and IT teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrable work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role using Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferred
• Experience with software development technologies and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Experience working in global cross-functional teams, including QA, marketing, and development
