Product Owner

Job Summary

Responsible for executing the product roadmap, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage client relationships, collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, and lead Agile/Scrum practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own and execute the product roadmap in partnership with the chief product owner, ensuring clear communication of priorities to clients and internal teams
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and decompose roadmap items into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while prioritizing customer tickets efficiently
• Document features and manage client feedback, serving as the primary point of contact for product status and updates, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a product owner managing B2B SaaS products with client-facing responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
• Proficiency in development tracking software such as Jira
• Demonstrated experience in creating technical and non-technical documentation and managing cross-functional teams
