Job Summary

Owning the product backlog, the full-time remote Product Owner will manage priorities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams while translating business strategy into actionable development work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and actionability
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align user experience with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of direct Product Owner or similar experience
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile product delivery
• Proven success in writing clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced or startup environments
