Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Owner, the full-time remote position will lead the evolution of underwriting and rating platforms in Personal Lines, blending product management discipline with business analysis and insurance expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for underwriting and rating platforms
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with Agile teams to ensure clarity and readiness for development
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, facilitating workshops and communication

Required qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in insurance technology
• Strong understanding of insurance underwriting, rating methodologies, and policy lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
