Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Owner will manage the planning, design, and development of new projects, collaborating with business and IT leads to streamline offers and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and translate requirements into actionable IT tasks for development teams
• Drive the product roadmap, conduct market and competitive analysis, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, maintain the product backlog, and implement quality assurance procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies for project delivery and sprint management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven alternatives for complex problems
• Proven ability to communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
