Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of commercial insurance product lines, the full-time remote Product Owner will translate underwriting strategies and market needs into actionable product direction while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective product implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain product requirements, priorities, and roadmap for assigned lines of business
• Translate underwriting strategy and market insights into clear product objectives and requirements
• Support new product development from concept through launch, including feasibility assessments and implementation readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience, including 3+ years in product management or related disciplines
• Working knowledge of commercial P&C policy forms, rates, rules, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with product governance frameworks and policy administration systems
• Preferred credentials include CPCU, ARM, AU, or relevant Agile/SAFe Product Owner certification
