Product Owner

Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategy, the full-time Product Owner will manage collaborative discussions with stakeholders and engineering teams, write user stories, and ensure the development team delivers on product scope and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy while defining the roadmap and refining requirements
• Write detailed user stories and act as the subject matter expert for the product
• Analyze product metrics and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment
• Understanding of end-to-end contact center functionalities; familiarity with Twilio is a plus
• Proven ability to lead large-scale discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Experience in writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
