Product Owner

Job Summary

To bridge the gap between business opportunities and successful project execution, the full-time Product Owner will lead the discovery process from initial client conversations to the delivery of comprehensive Discovery Documents, collaborating with clients and technical teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and requirements
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Produce high-quality Discovery Documents that define solutions prior to development and manage client expectations throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
• Experience leading client-facing discovery sessions and strong business analysis skills
• Ability to write functional requirements and user stories, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working with Agile software development teams and prioritizing competing business needs
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills
