Job Summary

Owning backlog priorities and delivery outcomes for a Scrum team, the full-time remote Product Owner will translate business goals and customer needs into actionable backlog items while collaborating closely with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable backlog items tied to defined outcomes
• Serve as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs while ensuring delivered work meets intended business and customer outcomes
• Align the team on priorities and facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management, or similar delivery-focused role
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured, outcome-driven backlog items
• Strong facilitation skills for leading engineers through requirements discussions
• Active use of or genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling in a professional context
• Experience in AP Automation, Commercial Card, Expense Management, or API integrations is a significant plus
