Job Summary
Owning backlog priorities and delivery outcomes for a Scrum team, the full-time remote Product Owner will translate business goals and customer needs into actionable work while collaborating closely with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business goals and customer needs into a well-prioritized, actionable backlog
- Serve as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure alignment with business and customer outcomes
- Facilitate team alignment on priorities and expected outcomes, including leading discussions to clarify requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management, or similar delivery-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured, outcome-driven backlog items
- Strong facilitation skills for leading engineers through requirements discussions
- Active use of or enthusiasm for AI tooling in a professional context
- Experience in AP Automation, Commercial Card, Expense Management, or API integrations is a significant plus
