Product Owner
Job Summary
Bridging business objectives and technology solutions, the full-time remote Product Owner / Lead System Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Required qualifications
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience managing and prioritizing Product Backlogs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
