Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Product Owner will manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories for a new insurance platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, user stories, and acceptance criteria for service-related journeys in the insurance professional application
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and ensure shared understanding across stakeholders
• Manage cross-team dependencies and support onboarding of new user groups by introducing necessary data and experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or humanities
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product ownership and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in requirements, backlog, and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and IT project management
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage dependencies effectively
