Product Owner
Job Summary
Driving throughput for engineering teams, the full-time remote Product Owner will prioritize and manage the backlog, identify and resolve blockers, and facilitate engineering ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery of features, customer escalations, and technical debt resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the engineering team backlog in a prioritized state with a balanced mix of features, escalations, and bug fixes
- Identify and escalate blockers early to minimize impact on delivery timelines
- Run engineering ceremonies to surface issues and manage workflow effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in an agile B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies with practical experience in their application
- Technical literacy to understand API specifications and engineering discussions
- SaaS platform and API integration experience is required; IT Asset Management or ITSM experience is a strong plus
