Product Owner

Job Summary

Focused on the strategic direction and ongoing development of the Cervey claims administration platform, the full-time Product Owner will work remotely to manage product vision, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Cervey product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on business value and operational needs
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product specifications
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities, identifying automation potential and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership and strategy, particularly in claims administration or related fields
• Strong understanding of pharmacy claims administration and adjudication processes
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements effectively
