Product Owner

Job Summary

To support the Unified Experience Layer (UXL), the full-time FLEX Manager, Product Owner will manage a defined product area, translating product strategy and stakeholder priorities into a prioritized team backlog while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns and prioritizes the team backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision and stakeholder priorities
• Partners with Product Management to translate product strategy into actionable backlog priorities and delivery sequencing
• Drives stakeholder conversations to clarify business context, customer needs, and delivery expectations

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related technology discipline
• Experience with API-driven product delivery and Agile methodologies, including tools like Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage and refine product backlogs, epics, and user stories in a matrixed environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
• Working knowledge of GraphQL and developer-facing capabilities is preferred
