Product Owner
Job Summary
To support a growing technology organization, the full-time Product Owner will analyze business needs, define requirements, and guide the delivery of technology solutions remotely while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams for implementing new systems and product enhancements
- Act as Product Owner within Agile development teams, managing product backlogs and supporting sprint planning and release activities
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
