Product Owner
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Product Owner will define product vision, manage the product backlog, and serve as the primary escalation point for production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while balancing new feature delivery with production support needs
- Own and prioritize the product backlog by assessing value, cost benefit, risk, and return on investment
- Lead Agile delivery by managing backlog refinement, iteration planning, user story elaboration, and release planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise software applications
- Strong experience with database querying (SQL) and data analysis
- 5+ years of experience with loan servicing and/or mortgage systems
- Experience managing complex software development initiatives with high visibility and aggressive timelines
