Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Product Owner, the full-time remote role will manage specific areas of a core fraud and disputes product, authoring Acceptance Criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a fast-paced FinTech SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to create and refine user stories for feature-driven projects
• Independently author Acceptance Criteria for user stories and software tickets, ensuring clear documentation
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in assigned product areas, serving as a resource for internal training and support

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the Fraud and Disputes space with knowledge of consumer financial products and dispute resolution processes
• A minimum of 1-2 years of Agile experience
• Working knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional efforts and deliver results independently in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to develop deep subject matter expertise and provide training and support to colleagues
