Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time remote Product Owner, AI Automation will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance customer experiences and automate processes in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap creation to rollout
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and establish AI best practices and platform standards
• Drive improvements in answer quality and customer satisfaction through rigorous experimentation and data analysis

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, particularly large language models (LLMs)
• Experience in translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of developing scalable, production-grade products from strategic ideas
