Product Owner - Automation & AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - Automation & AI (HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and prioritization for Automation & AI
• Own business requirements, scoping, PRDs, and user stories for product delivery
• Manage the product backlog, evaluate pilots, and oversee functional testing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, Automation, AI, or Intelligent Workflow Delivery
• Demonstrated leadership of automation or AI products
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and hands-on experience with automation or AI tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
• HR domain knowledge preferred but not required
