Product Owner Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Owner Business Analyst, the candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, leverage Salesforce expertise to support solution validation, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and testable acceptance criteria
• Utilize Salesforce platform expertise to map workflows and define system configurations
• Lead workshops and user interviews to refine solution design and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role delivering Salesforce solutions
• Experience with environmental regulatory permitting, compliance, and workflow case management processes
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud platforms
• Exceptional skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
