Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Owner with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convey functional requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and align product roadmaps
- Own the product backlog, conduct user acceptance testing, and participate in sprint planning
Qualifications
- Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Twillio and Contact Center experience required
- Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner preferred
