Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner with Contact Center experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convey functional requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and align product roadmaps
  • Own the product backlog, conduct user acceptance testing, and participate in sprint planning

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Twillio and Contact Center experience required
  • Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
  • Certification as a Scrum Product Owner preferred
