Product Owner, Client Relationship Management
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Owner, Client Relationship Management and Product Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align work prioritization with product roadmap and provide feedback
- Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring user stories align with business value
- Engage with Financial Advisors and Staff to uncover needs and track product performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant business experience
- Salesforce development platform experience highly preferred
- Understanding of iterative development and Agile Product Management principles
- Experience working with UX Designers is highly preferred
