Job Summary

Leading the development of audit and compliance capabilities, the full-time Group Product Owner, Compliance Solutions will manage the Pharmacy Audit Support product and oversee compliance workflows, ensuring regulatory adherence and enhancing support for pharmacies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PSAO Audit and Compliance Solutions
• Own the Pharmacy Audit Support product, leading design improvements and enhancing audit support workflows
• Coordinate and track compliance with registration and licensure requirements, ensuring timely and accurate filings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or compliance
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, or product management
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and payer audit dynamics
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a focus on influencing decisions
