Job Summary
Driving the next generation of personalized customer experiences, the full-time Product Owner, Customer Analytics will lead the delivery and optimization of customer analytics capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the agile development lifecycle by leading sprint ceremonies, product demos, and release planning
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, translating business needs into actionable epics and user stories
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Experience teams to enhance customer analytics and personalization frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile environment
- Proven experience in digital or eCommerce settings; expertise in Martech and Adobe Journey Optimizer is essential
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated leadership in agile environments, facilitating ceremonies and managing backlog and release planning
