Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Product Owner Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination, planning, development, and delivery of the digital design system
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategies
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing user needs and business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, web-based sites, or mobile applications
• 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX design, and front-end development
• Ability to lead and influence in complex environments and coordinate across multiple teams
