Job Summary

Influencing the digital and correspondence strategy for the disability claim lifecycle, the full-time Product Owner, Digital Experience will drive AI-enabled product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the end-to-end correspondence and digital strategy to ensure a seamless and empathetic user experience
  • Drive AI-enabled product development by translating business intent into validated requirements and refining solutions
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations to implement experience changes from concept through production
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Disability, Leave, Group Benefits, or related product/operations roles
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in product development
  • Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing user experiences
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams towards shared outcomes
