Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner: Employer Services to lead implementation and value delivery for Eforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and refine the Eforms roadmap and translate problems into outcomes through a prioritized backlog
Facilitate Agile processes, including Sprint Planning and Reviews, while fostering team collaboration
Build cross-functional relationships and ensure regulatory readiness and quality across product domains

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
Experience with Agile practices, including backlog ownership and user story creation
Background in HR compliance, onboarding, or tax withholding content
Hands-on expertise with product and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
