Product Owner - End User Services
Job Summary
To drive meaningful improvements in endpoint management experiences, the full-time remote Product Owner - End User Services will manage the product roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance device management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate product roadmap development and ongoing refreshes
- Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver secure, modern device management capabilities
- Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Experience supporting or delivering work related to Windows OS, macOS, or MDM platforms
- Familiarity with endpoint management and device configuration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Agile or Product Owner certifications are helpful but not required
