Product Owner - End User Services
Job Summary
Experienced and collaborative, the full-time remote Product Owner - End User Services will manage the product vision for end user services, driving improvements in security, user experience, and device management standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate product roadmap development and prioritize the product backlog for modern device management capabilities
- Collaborate with Security, Endpoint Engineering, and business teams to align roadmap priorities and convert user needs into product stories
- Conduct Agile ceremonies and gather user requirements to drive iteration-based delivery and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Experience with Windows OS, macOS, or MDM platforms
- Familiarity with endpoint management, device configuration, and AI platform tooling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Agile or Product Owner certifications are a plus but not required
