Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, particularly in financial products
• Ability to run sprints and take ownership of outcomes
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and banking operations is a plus
• Willingness to become an expert in compliance standards and regulations
• Proficiency in product management tools and data analytics
