Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize development work for the Archives product and collaborate with the VP of Product on strategy
- Participate in the Agile process and act as the expert for the Archives product and its users
- Represent archivists in feature planning and ensure a user-centered approach to product development
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or certificate in a relevant discipline (e.g., Library Science, Information Science, Archival Studies)
- 3-5 years' experience in a technical environment or with archives/records management systems
- Experience using a development task-management system for backlog prioritization
- An aptitude for technical concepts and simplifying them for non-technical individuals
- Familiarity with archival standards or metadata standards is a plus
