Job Summary
Product Owner for Archives, a full-time position, is responsible for prioritizing development work for the Archives product, collaborating with various teams, and representing user needs to enhance archival management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own prioritization of development work for the Archives product
- Participate in the Agile process and act as the expert for the Archives product
- Interact with users to understand their needs and assist development teams in creating an intuitive user experience
Required Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or certificate in a relevant discipline (e.g., Library Science, Information Science, Archival Studies)
- 3-5 years' experience in a technical environment or with archives/records management systems
- Aptitude for technical concepts and the ability to simplify them for less-technical individuals
- Experience using a development task-management system for backlog prioritization
- Familiarity with archival standards and best practices is preferred
