Key Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on Product Owner and backlog owner within a Scrum or SAFe framework
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for internal operational tools and automation platforms
• Design and evolve workflows, automation, and event-driven capabilities that support operational scale

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Product Owner or backlog owner in a Scrum or SAFe environment
• Background supporting internal tools or operational products, including workflow design and automation
• Strong understanding of event handling, system dependencies, and operational risk
