Product Owner for Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - Operational Products and Automation to lead the development of operational tools and automation for a global data center infrastructure organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for operational tools and automations to reduce manual effort and operational risk
• Manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to operational outcomes
• Partner with global operations, commissioning, and command center teams to prioritize high impact workflows

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Product Owner or backlog ownership experience in Scrum or SAFe environments
• Experience with internal tools, workflow automation, and operational platforms
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of operational correctness and failure modes
• Proven experience partnering with operations or other internal user groups
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
