Focused on delivering scalable platform capabilities and seamless integrations, the full-time Product Owner for Payments and APIs will manage feature prioritization, gather user feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value and drive strategic partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive value by prioritizing features, enhancements, and integrations that deliver the highest impact to customers and partners
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions and align with strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of product management or product owner experience
• Experience with payment processing, APIs, and cloud-based products
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and business processes related to payments and integrations
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the health, dental, or benefits industry is an advantage
