Product Owner - Healthcare Cost Containment

Job Summary

To support the delivery of innovative solutions in healthcare cost containment, the remote Product Owner - Healthcare Cost Containment will manage the product backlog in JIRA, write user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features and enhancements aligned with business value
• Write clear user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements while leading Agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management and reporting
• Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution
• Experience in healthcare technology or operations is strongly preferred
